Quality is both manufactured and inspected. Our control runs through every step of the product lifecycle.

1. Incoming Inspection - The Source of Quality

  • Process: Strict inspection of all incoming raw materials.

  • Standard: Verification of material certificates, specification dimensions, surface condition.

  • Tools: Spectrometer, Calipers, Micrometers, etc.

  • Commitment: Eliminate non-conforming materials from the source, ensuring the reliability of the machining foundation.

2. In-Process Inspection - Prevention is Key

  • Process: Conducting First Article Inspection, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) during production.

  • Standard: Strictly following work instructions and inspection standards.

  • Tools: On-site Go/No-Go gauges, Calipers, Online measuring equipment.

  • Commitment: Real-time monitoring of production status, timely detection and correction of deviations, avoiding batch issues.

3. Final Inspection - Ultimate Check Before Dispatch

  • Process: 100% or AQL sampling Final Quality Control (FQC) on finished products.

  • Standard: Fully compliant with customer drawings and technical requirements.

  • Tools: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Optical Comparator, Roughness Tester, etc..

  • Commitment: Ensuring zero defects in outgoing products.

4. Outgoing Inspection - The Final Guardian

  • Process: Final confirmation (OQC) of product status, quantity, and packaging before shipment.

  • Commitment: Ensuring the products you receive are intact and accurate in quantity.
